Please choose two to four items only from the following list of entrees for your guests to select their dinner from.  The host will need to select either a green salad or a Caesar salad for the salad course – the same type of salad will be served to all members of the party.  All entrée prices listed below include the salad and the entrée, appropriate accompaniments for each dish, and coffee or tea.  Dessert is not included but is available.  Tax and a 15% gratuity will be added to the total check.
